Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, age 35, 16 years in the construction industry.

Before moving to Thailand, he ran his own construction company (100 employees). Organization and management of construction works on Koh Samui for the Ban Tai Estate company (a complex of villas and bungalows, a restaurant by the sea).

INSTALLMENT 0%

Installment terms for the 7 Palms Chaloklum project:

1. Deposit (to fix the cost and select an apartment) — 3%
2. Within 14 days after paying the deposit — 10%.
3. After completing the foundation work (already done) or within 30 days after paying the deposit — 20%
4. After completion of the load-bearing frame of the building — 25%, March 2025
5. After the construction of walls and completion of roofing work — 20%, April 2025
6. After completion of finishing work — 15%, July 2025
7. At the time of transfer of the building to the buyer — 7%, August 2025

INSTALLMENT 0%

Installment terms by default for the Alma Terra Villas project, but it’s possible to discuss.

1. 5% Deposit (for fixing the cost of the transaction and choosing a plot).
2. 20% within 14 days from signing the contract.
3. Transfer of land ownership to the buyer (inclusion in the buyer’s company charter) 40%, October 2024.
4. After completion of the load-bearing frame of the building 20%, March 2025.
5. After completion of finishing works 10%, June 2025.
6. At the time of transfer of the building to the buyer 5%, August 2025.

If you wish to use a one-year installment plan, the final cost of the villa will be 1 million THB higher.
